Artist Interview Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By submitting your interview responses, you ("Artist") agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VFX2GO ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Use of Name, Likeness, and Provided Materials

You hereby grant VFX2GO the right to use your name, likeness, voice, biography, and any information, media, or materials you provide during the interview (collectively, "Materials") for promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on our website, social media platforms, marketing materials, and other promotional channels.

3. Media and Content Rights

By participating in the interview, you confirm that you own all rights to the Materials you provide and that such Materials do not infringe on any third-party rights. You grant VFX2GO a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display the Materials in any media format.

4. Editing and Modifications

VFX2GO reserves the right to edit, modify, or adapt the interview content for clarity, length, and suitability for publication without altering the substantive meaning of your contributions.

5. Confidentiality and Sensitive Information

While we strive to handle all information with care, please refrain from sharing any confidential or sensitive information that you do not wish to be made public. VFX2GO is not liable for the disclosure of any information provided during the interview.

6. Attribution

We will attribute all quotes and Materials to you as the source, ensuring that your contributions are appropriately recognized.

7. Revocation of Permission

If at any time you wish to revoke your permission for the use of your name, likeness, or Materials, you must provide written notice to VFX2GO. We will make reasonable efforts to remove the specified content from future use, though previously published materials may remain in circulation.

8. No Compensation

Participation in the interview is voluntary, and you acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation for the use of your Materials.

9. Legal Compliance

You agree that your participation and provided Materials comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights. You indemnify VFX2GO against any claims arising from the use of your Materials.

10. Changes to Terms

VFX2GO reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website, and continued participation or use of the provided Materials signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the state of California.
